- It is agreed by Buyer that even though the goods are kept by the Buyer’s own liability, but not the title of the goods passed to the Buyer. Furthermore, the seller reserves the right of disposal of the goods until full payment is made.
倘由于某種情況,有關(guān)機(jī)床暫由買方保管,并不等于機(jī)床的所有權(quán)已屬買方.只有在買方付清貨款,買方才可以擁有該機(jī)床.倘根據(jù)合同內(nèi)容,買方不能清付余款,賣方保留將機(jī)床取回的權(quán)力.
- 12 months warranty from the date of installation covering material and manufacturing defects with may appear during the said period. However, such warranty will not include damages occurred due to mishandling of material and careless manipulation of the equipment. Consumable are not taken into consideration.
12個(gè)月保修期由到廠安裝完畢算起。如因錯(cuò)操作和不小心使用而引至機(jī)器損壞，不在保修范圍內(nèi)。保修期不包括消耗品。
