YK3115是高效兩軸數(shù)控滾齒機(jī)，是延海機(jī)電與開(kāi)通公司合作開(kāi)發(fā)的，是在原YA3115的基礎(chǔ)上保留機(jī)械分度，采用KT590A數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。分別實(shí)現(xiàn)工作臺(tái)徑向進(jìn)給（X軸）和刀架滑板軸向進(jìn)給（Z軸）的伺服控制的新一代產(chǎn)品。
機(jī)床采用齒輪滾刀連續(xù)展成加工，除了能加工模數(shù)為2.5（超規(guī)格使用可用于3模數(shù)）圓柱直齒輪、斜齒輪、蝸輪外，其最大特點(diǎn)是能加工鼓型齒輪、錐齒輪和少齒（最少3齒）齒輪，是儀器、儀表制造業(yè)，電動(dòng)工具、微型減速機(jī)、摩托車及國(guó)防行業(yè)部門(mén)加工設(shè)備最佳選擇。
本機(jī)床加工精度可達(dá)到6級(jí)（GB10095-88），齒面精糙度1.6以上，本機(jī)床機(jī)構(gòu)緊湊、剛性好、效率高、操作簡(jiǎn)單、價(jià)格低廉，經(jīng)濟(jì)適用的中檔數(shù)控滾齒機(jī)。
Applications and Operating Scope
YK3115 is a high-efficiency, two-axils, numerically-controlled gear hobbing machine. It is jointly developed by Yan Hai Mechanical & Electrical Company and Shanghai CAPITAL numerical control CO. LTD. Based on YA3115 model the new design reserves the mechanical index and adopts KT590A numerical-control system, with the servo-control of radial feeding of working table and axial feeding of tool carrier slide, the model is a new generation product.
Appling the hobbing tool continuous forming, the model can be used for machining cylindrical straight-teeth gear, helical gear and worm with the module to be 2.5(if use the machine beyond the specification, it can also process module 3). The most distinguishing feature of our Gear Hobbing Machine is that it is able to machine drum gear, bevel gear and the gears with fewer teeth (Minimum number of teeth to be machines is 3).Our Gear Hobbing machine is the best choice for the manufacturing industries of instruments & gauges, electrical-driven tool, miniature decelerator, motorcycle and national defense department.
Using the present Gear Hobbing Machine, the machining precision can be up to 6 degree (GB10095-88), the roughness of the gear face can be up to more than 1.6. The Machine is compact in structure, good in rigidity, high in efficiency, easy in operation and reasonable in price. It is a economical and applicable medium-grade numerically-controlled gear hobbing machine.
